Meet Emily Chen
I created Lila after struggling to find a fun, challenging yoga class that keeps the spirit of yoga alive! I realized in quarantine that HOME YOGA takes less time and gets you results faster.
My background in ballet and functional conditioning keeps LILA up to date with the best, science-backed strength & conditioning techniques, while keeping the soothing, non-pushing, and healing elements of yoga alive.
After a decade of teaching yoga, these classes and programs are my pride and joy and I can’t wait to hear how you feel after practicing with me!
